Bad Weather
If the weather should be unreasonable and unsuitable for your axe throwing activity, we will either rearrange a time/date or cancel the event. Kiwi Axe Throwing Ltd holds the right to deem what weather is unreasonable or unsuitable for axe throwing activities. On the account of unreasonable weather forcing us to stop the event/cancel the event once set up, we will have further discussions with the event organiser regarding any refund that is deemed fair.
Drugs & Alcohol
We will not let intoxicated persons take part in any axe throwing activities. Whilst we can allow drinking of alcohol during participation of the axe throwing activity, anyone that is considered intoxicated or poses a danger to themselves or others will not be allowed to partake in any axe throwing activities. Kiwi Axe Throwing Ltd reserves the right and decision to decide who is considered intoxicated/dangerous.
Age Limit
We currently have an age limit of 14+ for joining in on our axe throwing experiences. Kiwi Axe Throwing Ltd has decided on this age limit for varying reasons. Kiwi Axe Throwing Ltd is only insured to allow those of 14 years of age, and over, to participate in any axe throwing activities. Any person under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to consent them to participate via a liability waiver.
Appropriate Clothing
Kiwi Axe Throwing Ltd reserves the right to deem what is appropriate clothing for any axe throwing activity. Anyone wearing an item of clothing which may cause harm to themselves or others will be asked to either remove that item or change it. If the participant doesn't want to remove any items of clothing that are considered dangerous, they will not be permitted to continue in any axe throwing activities.
Items that can be considered dangerous: Hooded jackets, loose jewelry, high heeled shoes, very restrictive clothing, large hats are to name a few. A reminder before all events will be sent to the event organiser to ensure everyone is notified of this policy.
